Our guest speaker, Pastor Jun Lee, has been serving the youths in the bay area almost 10 years and has a huge heart and vision for the youths in this area. 임홍석 형제님 가정 마지막 목장 모임

목원들의 시간들이 잘 맞지 않고 또 교회의 행사와 모임 시간이 겹쳐서 계속 못 모이다가 주일 예배후에 최성환형제님의 사업체에서 모였습니다.    주일 저녁에 있는 새가족축제에 저희 목원 두 가정이 참여해야 하는 관계로 많은 시간을 가지지는 못했지만 만날때마다 좋은 간증과 깊은 나눔의 시간을 가질수 있었습니다.   우리의 삶의 곳곳에서 역사하시는 하나님 그리고 각 목원들에게 다른 모습으로 다가오고 느껴지는 하나님에 대해서 이야기를 나누며 그래서 우리가 나눔이 필요하다는 것을 다시 한번 깨닫는 좋은 시간이었습니다.   오늘 모임은 송인범형제님과 송명주자매님이께서 분위기를 아주 화기애애하게 맞추어 주셔서서 더 즐거웠습니다. 자매님의 위트가 대단하시네요..     그런데 걱정입니다. 지난주의 말씀을 가지고 나누었는데 일주일전 성경구절이 잘 생각이 나지 않으니..   짧아서 아쉬웠지만 서로 기도 제목을 나누고 기도후에 다음 모임을 기대하며 헤어졌습니다.

이번주 강대상에 드려진 헌화입니다. 다음은 꽃꽂이하신 자매님의 기도글입니다. 간밤에 비가 내렸어요 !!!!!얼마만에 온 단비인지 땅이 촉촉하게 젖어있는것이 정말 반갑죠? 얼마전 가뭄땜에 나름대로 걱정을 하며 7학년인 아들에게 하나님께 기도하라 했더니 아들왈 바닷물을 이용하는게 좋은 생각이라며 소금은 걸러내고 어쩌구 저쩌구 하며 과학시간에 배웠다며 열심히 설명하길래그럼 바닷물을 우리가 다 쓰고 나면 바다가 사라진다고 하니 그때서야 모르겠다며 그건 하나님이 하실 일이래요.때가 아닌데 우리는 온갖 우리의 방법대로 할때가 너무 많아 때로는 싸움과 갈등과 고통으로 헤메며 하나님을 원망할때가 많습니다.하나님은 결코 인간의 방법을 원치도 않으시며 기뻐하지도 않으십니다. 우리가 할수있는건 아무것도 없다 오직 모든 만물을 창조하신 우리주 하나님께서만 우리에게 놀라운 역사로 인도해주십니다.말씀과 기도로 믿고 기다리고 기다리면 하나님의  때가 우리의 삶속에서 이루어집니다."너는 범사에 그를 인정하라 그리하면 네 길을 지도해주시리라(잠엄3:6)"때로는 힘들고 지칠지라도 하나님께서는 우리에게 단비를 부어 주듯이 희망을 갖고 오직 주남만을 의지하며 믿고 기다리는 한주간이 되시길 소망합니다.기도글과 꽃꽂이로 수고하신 자매님께 감사드리며또한 물질로도 봉헌하신 분들께도 감사드립니다.이모든 영광은 오늘도 우리곁에 살아 역사하시는 하나님께 모두 올려드립니다.   소재::Blossoms,Lisianthus,Spider Mum,Matsumoto,Anthurium.

from PJam and PJ,"Arise & Shine!"What a great year is ahead of us in 2014!  We can only be so sure of and eagerly looking forward to what's ahead of us as we look back all the blessings God graciously poured over us last year in His faithfulness.  And, 2013 was a tremendous blessing to our NCBC YM The WAY.Restoring Unity among The WAY at Winter RetreatBy the grace of God, we were able to finish 2013 with a strong conviction for our youth ministry.  Our 2013 The WAY Winter Retreat, "Lost & Found" was a huge blessing to all of us and a great way to wrap up the year.  God amazed us in so many different ways than we could imagine.  One of the highlights from the retreat was the taste of unity among our students.  As soon as we got to the retreat center God just broke down the walls between our students and brought us together as one big and happy family.  Unity wasn't really our focus for the retreat but God knew better and had a very special favor upon our youth ministry.  Many students couldn't stop sharing about how awesome and valuable it was for them to get to know and bond with one another at the retreat.  After having tasted and witnessed how sweet it is for us to come together as one our students have been more intentional about maintaining and fighting for this unity among them.Please continue to pray for our students and for us, for we know this is only the beginning and we have still a long journey together ahead of us.  We would also like to ask all the parents to ENCOURAGE your children to build a loving and lasting relationship with other members of The WAY (Hebrews 10:24-25).  One way to teach your children this is to PRIORITIZE the church family and fellowship.Rising of the Student LeadershipAnother positive outcome of the retreat was the rise of the student leadership.  Praise the Lord for our student leaders.  Our student leaders did an admirable job of planning, preparing, and serving for the retreat from start to finish.  In spite of their busy schedule due to their finals and despite having to give up some of their winter break, our student leaders truly exemplified what it means to serve others as a "servant leader" without any complaints or disputes.  It was quite amazing to witness our student leaders to take ownership over our ministry and humbly sacrifice their time, talents, and efforts for other students.  What's even more encouraging about our student leaders is what's been happening after the retreat.  Our student leaders were also deeply convicted by the power of unity among the believers.  In hopes to continue and cultivate what God has started at the retreat, they have decided to come together as one and build this unity among them in God's word and prayer.  Since the beginning of this year, the student leaders and us pastors have been doing QT together using "Living Life (English edition of 생명의 삶)" and posting our reflection on our Facebook page everyday except Sundays.  Not only it is true joy to see our students spend and grow in God's word, some of the reflections by our student leaders have been so profound and inspiring to both of us that sometimes it humbles us as their spiritual leaders.  God is ever so evidently fulfilling our 1st mission "Train Ourselves in God's Word" starting with our leadership.  We are hoping to expand this amazing work of God to other students of The WAY.  Returning to God's WordThe timing of all this happening is so reassuring that God is with us as we are about to launch our new Sunday small group curriculum, "The Story."  This year we are going to read, explore, examine, learn, and share the word of God (the Bible) as one big story of God.  Each student will be given a copy of the main textbook, "The Story," which is a best-selling abridged chronological Bible.  (There are no verse references in the text, and the segments of scripture are woven together with transition text written to connect the storyline so it reads like a seamless story.)  The book is divided into 31 chapters which we will be teaching and learning in a very friendly and creative way using videos, audios, skits, drawings, discussions, and sermons.  Your child will not be left too far behind if he or she doesn't keep up with the reading, but we highly recommend you to keep your child accountable with their reading and check with them weekly.  Learning God's word is just as important (if not more) as your child's education at school.  So, please show your same zeal for your child's spiritual advance as you would with the academic advance.  It is our sincere prayer and hope that our youths would return to God's Word where they might find their faith in Christ.Thank you.The WAY News1. New Sunday Small Group Curriculum    We have launched our new curriculum, The Story, for our Sunday small group ministry this past Sunday.    Please encourage and prioritize your child to be part of this exciting journey of discovering "the Bible as One Continuing Story of God and His People."        This curriculum is divided into 3 miniseries.    1st Miniseries - 2/2~4/13    2nd Miniseries - 6/8~8/3    3rd Miniseries - 9/7~11/16 (*except 9/14 Picnic Sunday)    The cost for the curriculum is $10 per student.2. New Sunday Small Group Teacher and New Sunday Small Group for the 8th Graders    Jacob Oh from our EM has joined us as one of our Sunday small group teachers starting this past Sunday.  He will be in charge of one of our high school boys small groups.    With joining of one new teacher we are now able to separate out our 8th graders from their current high school small groups and form a new small group for them.  This small group will be led by Peter Shin.3. Youth 9:30 Sunday Worship Service    The 9:30 Sunday worship service is with the EM worship service at the main sanctuary.    If you would like for your child to attend 9:30 service, please direct them to the main sanctuary.4. Road to Discipleship "R2DII" 1st Journey (discipleship training course)     We have started our 2nd R2DII 1st Journey.  There are 13 students who have signed up.    When: Friday Session - Friday, 1/24 ~ Friday, 2/28 (6 weeks) @ 이번주 강대상에 드려진 헌화입니다. 다음은 꽃꽂이하신 자매님의 글입니다. 오늘은  MOD(Ministry Opportunity Day)주일이어서 교회의 많은 사역팀의 팀장님들이 준비하신 이벤트를 눈여겨 잘보시고 사역팀에 조인할수 있는 좋은 기회였는데....많이들 조인하셨겠죠? 많은 성도님들이 귀한 섬김을 통해 주안에서 승리하시길 믿습니다.예수님께서는 우리를 섬기기 위해 이땅에 오셨습니다.우리는 한없이 낮은 자세로 늘 감사하는 마음과 회복되기를 원하며 우리교회가 섬김의 모습으로 나아가기를 소망합니다. 1/25(토) 길었던(?) 목장 겨울 방학을 마치고 첫 목장 모임으로 서용석 * 류지숙 목자님댁에서 모였습니다. 맛있는 비빔밥으로 육의 양식을 채운 후~ 박규철 형제님의 찬양 인도로 목원들의 마음을 하나로 모은 후에 은혜의 말씀들을 나누었습니다.. 우리 각자가 생각하는 '행복'에 대해서 나눌 때 목원들의 진실된 마음과 그 내면에 주님으로 인해 행복해 하고 싶어하는  하나님 닮은 마음들을 엿볼 수 있어서 감사한 시간이였습니다..^^  찬양 인도 중간에 류지숙 목녀님께서 생일 맞으신 분들(박규철 형제님, 임희정 자매님)을 위해서 맛있는 케잌을 준비해 주셔서 서로를 축복할 수 있는 귀한 시간을 가졌습니다.. (목원들의 예쁜 마음을 담은 축복의 글들을 생일 카드에 가득 담아서요~~) 첫 목장 모임을 은혜가운데 마치며... 우리 믿음 목원들이 어떠한 환경 가운데서도 믿음 꼭 붙들고 주님께서 이루실 약속들을 기대하며 서로 밀어주고, 끌어주고, 다독여주며, 위로와 기쁨이 되어질 수 있는 주님께서 맺어주신 아름다운 관계이기에 우린 너무나 행복한 하나님의 사람들임을 고백하고 싶습니다..!!   주님으로 인해 우린 대박~행복합니다~!!

어느 심포지엄에 참석한 일이 있었다. 그 때 주제(主題)는 노인의 사는 보람에 대해서였다.  여러 가지 좋은 의견들이 많았는데, 나는 여기서 다시 한번 사는 보람에 대한 나의 평소의 생각들을 정리해 보기로 한다.먼저 '노인의 사는 보람'과 '젊은이들의 사는 보람'은 과연 다른 것인지?  나는 이 문제에 대해 항상 의문을 갖고 있는 것이다.사람들은 말할 것이다. 노인에게는 노인의 사는 보람이 있고, 젊은이에게는 젊은이의 사는 보람이 있어 마땅한 것이라고. 그런 것일까? 나는 알 수가 없는 것이다. 노인과 젊은이의 근본적인 차이를 알 수 없는 것이다.분명히 노인과 젊은이 사이에는 표면적인 차이는 있다.노인은 체력(體力)이 떨어지면서 모든 일에서 손을 떼게 된다. 그러다가 노쇠해진 다음에는 노인병(老人病)과 죽음에의 불안이 엄습해 오게 마련이다. 이와는 달리 젊은이에게는 넘치는 활력과 여러 가지 가능성으로 가득 찬 미래가 있다. 일거리가 있고, 경제력은 늘어나기만 한다.그러나 이것은 근본적인 차이가 아니다. 다시 말해서 젊은이가 지니고 있는 체력과 경제력, 그리고 미래의 가능성이라는 것은 언제 어느 때 잃게 될는지 모르는 불안정한 것이다.나만 하더라도 아침저녁으로 40명 분의 식사를 준비하면서 낮에는 국민학교에서 아이들을 가르칠 정도로 튼튼한 체력을 가져본 적이 있었다. 당시 내가 살던 곳에서 국민학교 선생이라는 직업은 여성으로서는 급료도 고급축에 끼는 직업이었다. 내게는 또한 약혼자가 있었고, 푸른 미래가 있었다.그러나 어느 날 갑자기 나는 고열(高熱)로 쓰러졌다.  폐결핵으로 인한 발병이었다.  스토마이라든가 파스도 없는 시대여서 결핵요양소에서 요양 중이던 친구들은 마구 죽어갔다. 나는 경제력을 잃게 되면서 의료 보호를 받게 되었다. 40명 분의 식사 준비를 하면서 학교에 나갔던 체력은 간 곳도 없이, 화장실 출입을 할 기력마저 없어졌다.몇 해를 이렇게 앓다가 이번에는 카리에스가 발병, 꼬박 7년을 기브스 베드에서 신음하는 몸이 되었다. 그리하여 변기(便器)를 써야만 하는 생활이 계속되었다. 설 수조차 없었다. 결국은 12년 동안이나 요양 생활을 하게 되었다.내가 그래도 몸이 나아진 것은 37세 때이다. 당시의 나의 요양 중의 몰골을 나는 결코 잊을 수가 없다.  체력도, 지력도 잃은 채 사회에서 뒤쳐진 몸으로 언제 회복될는지도 모르는, 이를테면 죽음만을 기다리고 있는 환자들 틈에 끼어 있었던 것이다.저들 많은 환자들이 안고 있는 문제와 노인들이 안고 있는 문제에서 도대체 무엇이 얼마나 다르다는 것일까? 만일 틀리는 것이 있다면, 그것은 나이가 젊다는 것뿐이다. 젊었던 만큼 차례로 죽어가는 요우(療友)를 바라보며 다음은 내 차례가 될는지도 모른다는 두려움은 오히려 더욱 강렬한 것이었는지도 모른다.젊은이와 노인이란 근본적으로 아무런 차이가 없는 것이라고 나는 감히 말하고 싶다. 인간은 늙은 후에야 비로서 체력과 기력이 뒤떨어짐을 느끼거나, 무력한 경제력을 한탄하게 되는 것은 아니다.이렇게 생각할 때 나는 '노인의 사는 보람' 이라는 한정된 표현에 대해 찬성할 수 없음을 느끼게 되는 것이다.젊은이의 사는 보람이 장년(壯年)이 되어서는 또다른 사는 보람으로 바뀌고, 또한 장년 시절의 사는 보람이 나이가 들어서는 통용되지 않는 것으로 되는 것이라고 한 대서야 우스운 일이라고 생각되는 것이다.지금까지 이것이야말로 사는 보람이라고 믿었던 것을 버리고 다시 또 사는 보람을 찾아야만 되는 것이라면, 인간은 일생 동안 여러 차례 '사는 보람'을 잃게 되는 것이 아닌가.만약 그처럼 연대(年代)가 바뀜에 따라 사는 보람을 바꾸어야만 하는 것이라면, 그것은 참된 사는 보람이라고 할 수 없는 것을 사는 보람으로 삼아온 것이 아닌가고 나는 생각한다.진정한 뜻으로의 사는 보람이란 건강한 때도, 건강을 잃은 때도, 일할 것을 가지고 있을 때도, 잃었을 때도, 나이들었을 때도 불변(不變)한 것이어야 하는 것이 아닐까?우리는 자기가 사는 보람은 무엇인가를 때때로 조용히 검토해 보아야 한다. 남편이 사는 보람이요, 아이들이 사는 보람이요, 일하는 것이 사는 보람이 되고 한다면, 그것을 잃었을 때 우리는 동시에 사는 보람을 잃게 된다잃을 수 없는 사는 보람은 반드시 있다. 나는 그것을 이 자리에서 단언할 수가 있다. 나는 건강을 잃고, 직업을 잃고, 연인을 잃으며 병상(病床)에 누워 있으면서도 내가 믿은 사는 보람만은 잃지 않은 것이다. 그것은 무엇인가? 그것은 다름아닌 신의 사랑이며, 신앙이었다

Happy Friday! Everyone~I have a few announcements:1. "The Story" is our new curriculum for the 2nd Session Worship time.Kids will have The Story Book individually. The 3rd graders and under will have hard copy books($20) and 4th & 5th graders($10) will have higher lever books. The Story is an easy Bible from Genesis through Revelation. Parents can read with your children at home so we can read whole Bible in one year! I really hope you all enjoy~ The 1st Session kids are still in the "Gospel Project" curriculum, which is 3 year program that covers the whole Bible. We almost studied all of the Old Testament! If they want to get "The Story" book, please let me know~^^I'll let you know soon how much you need to pay for the book!2. Faith Land kids will be celebrating Korean & Chinese Lunar New Year's Day this Sunday. They are making "Jegi" and playing "Yutnori"! If they have "Hanbok" or Chinese traditional cloth, please encourage to wear them on Sunday!^^3. MOD(Ministry Opportunity Day) is this Sunday. Parents~ we need your help. 디사이플 목장의 새해 첫 목장모임을 박현민/한미성 가정에서 가졌습니다.  "대박~ 행복합니다"의 설교말씀으로 각자 생각하는 행복에 대해서 이야기하고, 만족이 없는 분야에 대해서 식구들의 생각을 나누는 귀한 시간이었습니다.  외부 환경으로 인한 행복이 아닌, 예수안에서 행복할 수 있는 디사이플 목장 식구들이 되도록 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다.

Hello Everyone,Happy Tuesday~As this past Sunday was Mission Sunday, I shared messages regarding missions at both worships!•1st Session... "Mission Possible!" (Luke 24:47-48)"Mission Impossible" is a movie, starring Tom Cruise, that is a spy story with lots of mystery and excitement. Tom received an assignment that seemed impossible to accomplish, but he was always able to complete the mission with the super secret agents who have special talents.We all have been given a mission by Jesus. Our mission is to tell the whole world about Jesus' love and forgiveness. And we are not alone to do  it. The church, like the "Impossible Mission Force," is made up of many people. Each of us has been given special talents to help accomplish the mission. If we choose to accept our mission, then "Mission Impossible" becomes "mission Possible."•2nd Session... "Whatever It Takes: Reaching the One!" (Acts 8:26-31)I put the one dollar bill in the bottle and told the kids that I can't get it out. The kids noticed that there is more than one bill in there, but they didn't know that the 20 dollar bill was wrapped by a one dollar bill.I asked them, "What can you do with a one dollar bill?" I told the kids that even one dollar can be given to missions!When I reached into the bottle and pulled out the rolled up bills, the kids were so surprised to see the $20 bill. I said that it looks like the bottle was worth a lot more than I thought! I couldn't see that from the outside. And I was about to throw it away because I didn't think it was worth doing whatever it might take to save it! Sometimes God sends missionaries and sometimes He sends you and me. It might not be easy, but we need to see all people the way God sees them! We need to take a chance. Hello Everyone,Hope you all having a good week!I saw that trees are blooming already~Spring is around the corner, but we need RAIN!!! Let's all pray for rain~Here are the summaries of the Faith Land worship from past Sunday:•1st Session... Nahum(Nahum 1-3) was a prophet to Nineveh, the capital of Assyria. It wasn't  long after Jonah's visit that the people went back to their old ways. Assyria had defeated Israel and was a constant threat to Judah. Nahum went to Nineveh to say that God's judgement was coming.In addition to the message of judgement, Nahum- whose name means "comfort"- had a message of comfort for God's people: When God's judgement came upon Nineveh, His people would be safe. (Nah. 1:7)God is gracious and patient. It is true that the day of judgement is coming. God's enemies will be defeated, BUT  those who are in Christ will find comfort and peace.•2nd Session... Jesus healed many people(Matthew 9:18-31). Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus heals Christians spiritually by taking away their sin. In Jesus' day people with serious illnesses or disabilities had little hope of finding a cure. In that environment Jesus performed powerful works. The Gospel of Matthew records three of Jesus' most dramatic healing miracles. The ruler's daughter got up from the dead, the woman who had been sick for 12 years, and two blind men.... I emphasize their faith, their desperate FAITH to be healed! BUT we must know GOD'S LOVE for people. I pray that our children remember how Jesus healed faithful believers and that His love is unfailing, endless for us!May God bless you all~Love in Christ,Pastor Young AhnPS Teacher Hyeran Kim went back to Korea past Tuesday and Teacher Hyangah Lee and her family is going back to Korea next week.  They have been serving and teaching as teachers for our kids at the 1st worship session. We already miss you all~.......................................................................................................................................................................................................안녕하세요~ 벌써 나무에 새싹이 돋아나기 시작했습니다. 봄이 가까이 왔는데요, 비가 오지않아 걱정입니다! 우리 모두 하나님께 비를 오게 해달라고 기도해야겠습니다~지난 주일 Faith Land 아이들 설교내용입니다.•1부 예배... 하나님께서 앗시리아의 수도, 니느웨로 선지자 요나를 보내신 후 회개하고 하나님께로 돌아왔던 니느웨가 다시 하나님으로부터 등을 돌리기까지는 긴 시간이 걸리지 않았습니다. 선지자 나훔(나훔 1-3)은 하나님의 심판이 가까이 왔음을 전함과 함께 그의 이름, 나훔이 의미하는 위로의 하나님에 대한, 하나님께서는 하나님을 경외하는 자들은 지키신다는(나훔 1:7) 메시지도 또한 선포하였습니다.하나님은 자비로우시며 오래 참으십니다! 앞으로 다가올 심판의 날에는 하나님을 대적하는 자들은 멸망할 것이지만 하나님의 백성들은 하나님의 위로와 평안가운데 거하게 될 것입니다.•2부 예배... 예수님은 많은 아픈 이들을 치유해 주셨습니다(마태복음 9:18:31). 그의 삶, 죽음, 그리고 부활을 통해 주님은 믿는 자들의 죄를 사함과 동시에 영적으로 회복시켜 주셨습니다. 예수님 당시의 병자들과 지체장애인들은 치유되기를 바라는 작은 소망들을 가지고 있었기에 예수님의 치유의 사건들은 너무나도 엄청난 일들로 그들에게 다가왔습니다.예수님께서 손을 얹으시면 죽은 딸이 살아날 것이라고 말한 그 지역을 다스리던 직원, 12년간 혈루병을 앓던 여인, 그리고 두 소경, 그들은 간절함으로 예수님의 능력을 믿었습니다.예수님께서도 그들의 믿음이 그들을 구원하였다고 말씀하셨습니다. 하지만 우리는 그들을 먼저 사랑하신 예수님의 마음을 보아야 할 것입니다. 우리의 자녀들이 그러한 예수님의 확실하고도 끊임없는 사랑을 경험하고 기억하는 하루하루가 되기를 간절히 축복하며 기도합니다!주님의 사랑으로,안 영남 전도사 드립니다.PS 그동안 Faith Land를 섬기시던 김 혜란 선생님께서 지난 화요일 한국으로 귀국하셨고, 다음 주에는 이 향아 선생님께서 가족들과 함께 한국으로 돌아가시게 됩니다.우리 아이들을 사랑으로 섬겨주신 선생님들께 진심으로 진심으로 감사드리며, 하나님의 사랑과 축복이 항상 함께 하시기를 또한 기도드립니다~

Hello Everyone,Do you like waiting in line at the grocery shop or for coffee at the drive-thru? We spend a lot of our time waiting. But we can wait because we know something is coming. We wouldn't wait at a post office on a Sunday. A major factor in waiting is faith-"the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen" (Heb. 11:1). This is precisely what the prophet Habakkuk addressed. He found himself in a period of waiting, first for judgment and then for revival.All around him, Israelites were oppressed and violence escalated. "How long, Lord, must I call for help?" Habakkuk prayed again. Yes, Judas deserved to be punished, but how could God bless them?God's people waited to be delivered from captivity, and those who are in Christ are waiting for the fulfillment of Christ's return. Until then, we live by faith. (Heb. 10:35-38) That was the message of the first session worship.At the second session worship, I shared the story about 1st and 2nd Peter in the New Testament.Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ wrote two letters to churches in Asia Minor (modern Turkey) between A.D. 62 and his death around A.D. 68. In his first letter he strongly encouraged his readers to endure the persecutions they would face at the hands of the Roman emperor Nero. Peter's second letter warned his readers of false prophets and teachers (2 Pet. 2:1-3).I told the kids to understand that faith is believing and trusting in God. Faith is like muscle, you have to exercise it every day to make it strong. Parents~ Rely on God to help you. His Holy Spirit will help you know how to live. Let's do our best to live a good life. Grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ!And Tae Kwon Do ministry started from last Sunday (4:00-5:30pm) at the fellowship hall. It was so much fun!I did it, too~ I hope NCBC family will be stronger physically and spiritually in 2014!Blessings,Pastor Young Ahn.......................................................................................................................................................................................................안녕하세요~여러분들은 혹시 마켓이나 drive-thru에서 커피를 사기 위해 줄을 서있는 것을 좋아하시나요? 우리는 많은 시간을 기다림에 사용합니다. 아무도 주일에 우체국에 가서 기다리는 사람은 없습니다. 하지만 다가올 분명한 무엇을 위해서는 기다릴 수 있습니다.기다림을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요인은 바로 믿음입니다-"믿음은 바라는 것들의 실상이요 보이지 않는 것들의 증거니" (히브리서 11:1).이것이 바로 하박국 선지자가 분명히 말하는 내용이었습니다. 하나님의 심판과 또한 부흥을, 하박국 선지자는 기다렸습니다.그당시 이스라엘은 암울과 증가하는 폭력으로 하박국 선지자는 하나님께 언제까지입니까를 외치며 기도하였습니다. 처벌을 받아야 할 유다를 도리어 축복하시는 하나님! 하나님의 사람들은 죄의 묶임에서 풀리는 것을 기다렸습니다, 그리고 주 안에 있는 우리들은 다시오실 예수님을 기다리고 있습니다. 그때까지 우리는 믿음안에서 살아야 합니다. (히브리서 10:35-38) 이상은 1부에서 아이들과 나눈 내용입니다.2부에서는 신약의 베드로 전서와 후서를 통해 예수님의 제자된 베드로가 A.D. 62년과 68년 사이에 아시아에 (현재의 터키) 있는 교회에 보낸 서신의 내용으로 첫번째 편지에서는 로마의 네로황제로부터의 핍박을 이겨낼 것을 격려하는 내용과 두번째 서신에서는 가짜 선지자들과 선생들을 조심할 것등을 전하고 있습니다. (2 Pet. 2:1-3).아이들의 이해를 돕기위해 신앙은 하나님을 믿고 신뢰하는 것으로 근육과도 같다고 이야기 하였습니다 . 매일 운동을 해서 근육을 튼튼하게 만들어야 합니다부모님들~ 하나님의 도움을 의지해 보세요! 성령님께서 어떻게 살아야 하는지 알려주실 것입니다. 선한 삶을 살기 위해 최선을 다합시다. 우리 모두가 예수님을 아는 지혜와 은혜가운데 자라기를 간절히 기도합니다!지난 주일부터 태권도 사역이 친교실에서 4:00-5:30pm에 있었습니다.저도 함께 참여하였습니다. 모두들에게 정말 즐거운 시간이었습니다.우리 새누리 가족들이 육체적으로, 신앙적으로 더욱 강건하여지는 2014년이 되기를 소망하며 축복합니다!안 영남 전도사 드립니다.
