Pastor Hwang once mentioned during a service that a single "like" in a group chat can save a small group leader, and your comments and support really keep the mission journal writer going, haha.그럼 다시 모지로 데려다 드릴게요. 봉지아(bom dia)~! 오늘은 일정도 빡빡하고 첫 VBS 시작이 7:20분인 관계로 기상 시간은 5시, 아침식사는 6시였습니다. Now, let me take you back to Moji! Bom dia~! Today’s schedule is tight, and since the first VBS starts at 7:20 AM, wake-up time was 5:00 AM, and breakfast was at 6:00 AM.아침부터 들려오는 브라질의 새소리는 장난이 아닙니다, 자연 알람이에요. 궁금하시면 다음 브라질 선교 가보시는걸 추천드립니다. 오늘은 또 어떤 은혜를 허락하실지 설레이는 마음에 나가서 찍은 새벽 5시 봉지아 뷰:Excited about what grace God will give today, I went out to take a picture of the 5 AM view in Moji:형제님들의 숙소에선 새벽부터 큐티파티가 열렸습니다.A QT party was held in the brothers’ dorm from the early morning.일정이 아무리 일러도 찬양과 기도, 서로간의 새벽묵상을 나누는 시간은 필수죠. No matter how early the schedule is, praise, prayer, and sharing morning devotions are essential. 오늘은 초등학생들과 VBS를 하는 날입니다!저희가 이번에 하는 VBS 프로그램은 아이들의 학교 수업 시간을 대체하는 시간이었습니다. Today is the day we are doing VBS with elementary school students! This VBS program replaces the children’s regular school hours.신나게 들어오는 아이들. 이 아이들은 선교사님의 말을 엄~청 잘 듣습니다. The children are excited to come in. These kids listen very carefully to the missionary.이진환목사님의 시작기도에 이어 몸풀기로 바디워십이 시작됩니다. 아이들의 잘 따라하는 모습이 정말 사랑스러웠습니다.After Pastor Lee Jin-hwan’s opening prayer, body worship began as a warm-up. It was so lovely watching the children follow along so well. Hyun 형제님의 아이들을 위한 맞춤 설교 후에 아이들은 학년에 따라 나눠졌습니다.After Hyun's tailored sermon for the children, the kids were divided by grade.이번 VBS는 5개의 스테이션들이 있었어요: 게임, 만들기, 영어, 한국어, 태권도.There were five stations in this VBS: games, crafts, English, Korean, and Taekwondo.전 이번에 영어선생님이라서 저희 반부터 보여드릴게요~ Since I’m the English teacher, let me show you our class.Will 형제님과 Claude 형제님이 아이들에게 영어로 자기소개하는 방법을 가르쳐주셨습니다. 아이들이 일어나서 영어로 자기소개를 해봅니다. Will and Claude taught the kids how to introduce themselves in English. The children stood up and introduced themselves in English. 새로운 피조물이라는 주제로 저학년 학생들에겐 애벌레가 나비로 변화는 과정, 고학년 학생들에겐 사울이 바울로 바뀐 삶을 영어로 설명해주었습니다.The theme of “New Creation” was explained to the younger students with the transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly, and to the older students, the life of Saul being changed into Paul, all in English.만들기반은 어제와 같이 랜턴을 만들었습니다. “Jesus is the Guiding Light”.The craft station was the same as yesterday, where we made lanterns with the message “Jesus is the Guiding Light.”게임팀은 마구 뛰고 놀고~The game team was busy running and playing~한국어반에서는 아이들이 각자 자기 이름을 한글로 어떻게 쓰는지 배웠습니다. In the Korean class, the children learned how to write their names in Hangul.태권도는 아이들이 제일 기다리는 반이었구요.Taekwondo was the class the children were most excited about.선교갈 때마다 듣는 얘기가 "expect the unexpected"입니다. 이번 선교도 어김없이 우리가 예상치 못한 일이 일어났습니다.Every mission we hear the phrase "expect the unexpected". This mission also did not fail that phrase, as something unexpected happened.5학년을 담당한 선생님께서는 브라질의 미신과 무당에 젖어있는 분이셨고 그래서 기독교적인 메세지에 분노로 반대하셨고, 교장 선생님께 학교를 신고할거라는 협박까지 나왔습니다. 참고로 이 학교는 공립학교이고 교장 선생님께서는 VBS를 적극적으로 원하셨습니다. The teacher in charge of the 5th grade strongly opposed our VBS program, which included Christian messages, and she threatened to she report the school and the principal. To clarify, this is a public school, and the principal was actively in favor of the VBS.목사님, 선교사님이 교장 선생님과 함께 어떻게 해야할지 의논하시는 시간에 저희 팀원들은 모여서 기도하였습니다. 반대하는 선생님을 미워하고 정죄하는 것이 아닌, 이 상황이 영적싸움인것을 인지하고 이 선생님을 하나님께서 불쌍히 여기셔서 이분도 언젠간 하나님을 만날 수 있기를, 더욱 더 기도로 나아갔습니다.While Pastor and the missionary were discussing what to do with the principal, our team gathered to pray. We didn’t want to hate or condemn the opposing teacher but recognized that this situation was a spiritual battle. We prayed that God would have mercy on this teacher and that, one day, she would come to know Him.우리는 잠시있다 가지만 이곳에 계신 선교사님의 앞으로의 사역을 위해 교장선생님과 학교에 피해가 최대한 가지 않게 남은 시간의 사역은 가능한 한 기독교 관련된 단어를 사용하지 않기로 했습니다. 그리고 원래 계획대로는 이 초등학교에서 내일까지 VBS를 하는 일정이었지만 오늘까지만 하기로 정해졌습니다.Although we are only here briefly, for the missionary's work in this land and to avoid causing the school any harm, we decided not to use Christian-related words from the remaining time left.. Originally, we were scheduled to continue VBS at the elementary school until tomorrow, but it was decided that today would be the last day.우리의 생각과 계획보다 하나님의 뜻과 계획이 더 크심을 믿으며 우리 팀원들은 급하게 레슨플랜을 조정하게 됐습니다.Believing that God’s will and plan are greater than our own, our team quickly adjusted the lesson plans.  저희 팀원들에게 예상치도 못했던 더 큰 미션이 되었습니다. 예수를 전하기 위해 선교를 왔는데 예수를 직접적으로 얘기하지 못하는 상황이 되어버린 것입니다. 예수님의 마음과 사랑을 직접적인 언급이 아닌 행동과 표정과 사랑의 말로 전달하기로 각오하며 팀원들은 각자의 자리로 돌아갔습니다. Our team was given an unexpected, even bigger mission. We were now in a situation where we couldn’t directly speak about Jesus, but we still had to share His message. We resolved to convey Jesus' heart and love through actions, expressions, and words of love, rather than direct mentions. Our team members returned to their stations, ready to face the challenge.팀원들은 예수님의 사랑으로 아이들을 가르치고 안아주었습니다.The team even more dedicated to sharing Jesus' love and teaching the children.모든 아이들을 위해 태권도 시범을 했는데 반응이 폭발적이었습니다. 태권도팀원들은 어린 열광팬들이 생긴듯 합니다.We gave a Taekwondo demonstration for all the children, and the response was explosive. The Taekwondo team members seemed to have made some young enthusiastic fans. 아이들에게 준비한 구디백을 선물해주고 오전 VBS를 마쳤습니다.We gave the children the goody bags we had prepared and wrapped up the morning VBS.점심시간에도 다시 한번 이 영적싸움을 위해서 그리고 그 선생님을 위해서 기도하는 시간을 갖고 식사를 하였습니다. At lunch, we again took time to pray for this spiritual battle and for the teacher. 오늘도 틈만 나면 (쉴틈이 없었지만) 말씀을 외우는 팀원들. Today, even in the little breaks (though there weren’t many), the team members were memorizing scripture.기도로 오후 VBS를 준비합니다. We prayed and prepared for the afternoon VBS.그래도 아이들과 선생님들이 영어를 알아듣지 못해서, 영어로된 바디워십은 할 수 있었습니다. 영어찬양으로 아이들에게 복음을 간접적으로 나눌 수 있음에 감사합니다.The children and teachers didn’t understand English, so we were able to do body worship in English. It was a small way to indirectly share the gospel with the children.오후 VBS도 동일하게 게임, 만들기, 한국어, 영어, 태권도를 수정된 상태로 진행하였습니다. The afternoon VBS proceeded with the same games, crafts, Korean, English, and Taekwondo, but with the necessary adjustments.  비록 생각치 못했던 상황이지만, 우리의 부족함을 넘어서 하나님이 하십니다를 경험할 수 있는 시간이었습니다. Even though it was unexpected, it was a time for us to experience "God does it" beyond our shortcomings.그렇게 오후 VBS도 막이 내리고, 저희 팀은 시간이 20분 밖에 없어서 컵라면을 후딱 먹고 노방전도하러 버스를 타고 이동합니다. After the afternoon VBS ended, our team had only 20 minutes to eat instant noodles before we hopped on the bus to go for street evangelism. 도착한 곳은 지난 10월에 헌당예배를 드린 최근에 지어진 교회였습니다. We arrived at a church where they held a dedication service last October.노방전도를 하면서 만나는 사람마다 오늘 저녁에 있을 7:30 예배로 초대할 예정입니다.During street evangelism, we invited everyone we met to the 7:30 PM service that evening.노방전도때 나눠줄 예배 초대권!Here are the invitation cards we handed out during street evangelism!노방전도는 3팀으로 나눠서 나갔습니다. 각팀마다 어마어마한 은혜가 있었다 들었는데 다는 못나누지만 조금이나마 나눠보려합니다.We split into three teams for street evangelism. I heard that each team was extremely blessed, and I’d like to share at least some.저희팀은 길을 들어서자마자 크리스티나 자매님을 만나 지원형제님께서 복음팔찌를 설명해주시고 예수님을 구주로 영접하시겠냐는 질문에 대답을 받고 눈물을 흘리시면서 영접기도까지 하셨습니다. 한 영혼이 하나님께 돌아오는 결단의 순간에 함께 있을 수 있음에 팀원들은 모두 너무 기뻐했어요.As soon as we entered the street, we met Christina, and brother Jiwon explained the gospel bracelet to her. When asked if she would accept Jesus as her Savior, she agreed, and we prayed the salvation prayer together. The team was filled with joy to be part of the moment when one soul returned to God. Hyun 형제님의 팀은 오토바이를 타고 길을 가고 있던 청년 Vinicius를 만나 교회 안다니는다는걸 확인하고 복음을 전했습니다. Vinicius 형제님도 그 자리에서 예수님을 영접하셨습니다.Hyun’s team met a young man named Vinicius, who was riding a motorcycle on the road. After confirming that he did not attend church, they shared the gospel with him. Vinicius also accepted Jesus as his Savior right there on the spot.Kris 자매님의 팀은 Aoridge를 만났습니다. Aoridge는 이미 믿음이 있었으나 그녀와 같이 있던 며느리 Marcia는 복음을 저희한테 들었습니다. 그리고 그 자리에서 예수님을 영접했습니다. Marcia는 3살 아이의 엄마입니다. Kris’s team met Aoridge. Aoridge already had faith, but her daughter-in-law, Marcia, who was with her, heard the gospel from us. She accepted Jesus as her Savior right there on the spot. Marcia is a mother of a 3-year-old child.노방전도를 마치고 교회에 오자마자 예배는 시작되었습니다. 교인들과 노방전도때 만났던 분들이 많이 예배에 참석하셔서 예배당에 자리가 모자랐습니다. After street evangelism, we arrived at the church just as the service was about to start. Many of the people we met during evangelism came to the service, and there weren’t enough seats in the sanctuary.현지 찬양팀의 포어 찬양인도 후에 저희가 준비한 퍼포먼스들의 차례였습니다.After the local praise team led worship in Portuguese, it was our turn to perform.첫번째 스킷: 예수님 (5명) The first skit: Jesus (5 people) 태권도 시범 Taekwondo demonstration두번째 스킷: 예수님의 생애 (15명) The second skit: The Life of Jesus (15 people)바디워십댄스 Body worship dance이진환 목사님의 설교후에 “위대하신 주” 찬양을 포어로 특송까지 현지에 있는 성도들과 나눴습니다.After Pastor Lee Jin-hwan’s sermon, we sang “How Great is Our God” in Portuguese and shared it with the local believers.예배가 마친 후에 잠시 함께 예배를 드린 교인들과 교제를 하다 다시 버스를 타고 숙소로 출발합니다. After the service, we spent some time fellowshipping with the church members and then hopped on the bus to head back to our accommodation. 버스에서 손목사님께서 아직 하루가 끝나지 않았다며 저녁(?)식사와 저녁예배가 남아있다 알려주셨어요.On the bus, Pastor Son reminded us that the day wasn’t over yet, as we still had dinner(?) and evening worship to go.그렇게해서 10:30에 저녁(?) 비빔밥을 먹고 저녁 예배를 드리러갑니다.So, we had bibimbap at 10:30 PM and went to the evening worship service.이 장면은 목사님께서 Simon 형제님이 오늘 암송을 다 외웠으면 나머지 팀원들은 하루 암송 면제를 해주신다고 했고, Simon 형제님이 그 어려운걸 해내셨습니다! 우리들의 히어로~! 환호성이 터집니다  ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.This scene was when Pastor Son announced that if Simon had memorized all the verses for today, the rest of the team would be exempt from memorizing. Simon did it! He’s our hero~! The cheers erupted, haha.새누리선교의 매력포인트는 장년부와 청년부, 그리고 EM까지 소속 상관없이 짝이 되어 기도와 나눔을 하며 언어와 나이장벽을 하나님을 향한 사랑으로 무너뜨리는 은혜충만한 시간이 주어진다는 것입니다!!!One of the highlights of the NCBC Mission is that regardless of whether you are part of the adult, youth, or EM ministry, we come together in pairs for prayer and sharing, breaking down language and age barriers with love for God in an incredibly grace-filled time.내일이면 모지에서의 사역을 마치고 리우로 떠나는데 버스로 6-7시간이나 걸릴 수도 있다고 합니다. 무사히 도착하기를, 그리고 리우에서 시작할 사역들과 만날 아이들의 마음을 위해서 기도 부탁드립니다! 

아 참 제가 어제 자기소개를 깜빡했네요 ㅎㅎ. 저는 새누리 청년부에 속한 박예권입니다! 새누리선교는 저도 이번이 처음인데요, 감사하게도 선교일지를 맡겨주셔서 여러분께 이번 선교의 현장감과 당일날 받은 은혜를 전달해드릴 수 있게 됐습니다 :)Oh, I forgot to introduce myself yesterday, haha. I’m Yekwon from KM Young Adult! This is my first time participating in the Saenuri Mission, and I’m thankful that I was given the task of keeping the mission journal, allowing me to share with you all the atmosphere of the mission and the grace we received on that day. :)전날 선교일지를 마무리하고 1시간 정도 누워있었더니 새벽부터 울어대던 수탉들의 꼬끼오와 아침수업을 가르치러 오신 현지 선생님들의 발걸음 덕분에 브라질 모지에서 첫 아침을 마주합니다. After finishing the mission journal for the day before, I laid down for about an hour, and thanks to the roosters crowing from early morning and the footsteps of the local teachers coming to teach the morning class, I woke up to my first morning in Mogi, Brazil.아침에 일어나보니 저희가 머무르고있는 모지 학교는 이렇게 생겼더군요. 참 컬러풀하죠? 이른 시간에도 이미 몇 학생들은 이미 학교에 도착해 있더라구요. 처음 만나는 브라질 현지인들과 반갑게 봉지아~ (bom dia) 아침인사를 주고받았습니다. When I woke up in the morning, this is what the Mogi school we were staying at looked like. Quite colorful, right? Even at an early hour, some students had already arrived at school. We greeted the local Brazilians we met for the first time with a cheerful "Bom dia!" (Good morning). 아침 식사 시간은 8시지만 당일 QT는 아침 전까지 하고 오기로 약속된거라 아침에 일어나자마자 말씀 묵상을 하시는 형제님들의 모습입니다. Breakfast time was at 8 a.m., but we had agreed to do our quiet time (QT) before breakfast, so the brothers were already deep in the word of God as soon as they woke up. 선교사님이 맛난 아침 식사를 준비해주셨고 옆에서는 우리 팀원들이 도와드렸습니다.The missionary prepared a delicious breakfast, and our team members helped out.곳곳마다 초록색이 보이니 이제 드디어 브라질에 온 실감이 납니다. As I looked around, the green everywhere finally made me feel like I was really in Brazil.아침먹으려면 서야하는 줄!We had to line up for breakfast!그렇게 아침식사가 끝나고, 성전에 모여 다같이 찬양과 기도로 하루를 준비합니다. After breakfast, we gathered in the church to prepare for the day with praise and prayer.이번 선교동안 요한계시록 QT를 하는데, 손목사님께서 조금이라도 이해하기 쉽게 요한계시록을 설명해주십니다. 기도는 그리스도인의 호흡인 것을 강조하시며, 우리가 선교의 어떤 대단한 사역을 하는 것보다 그 중심에 기도와 그리스도의 사랑이 없으면 아무것도 아니다라는 말씀과 함께 저희는 QT 그룹들로 나누어졌습니다. During this mission, we are doing a QT on the book of Revelation. Pastor Son explained Revelation in a way that was easier to understand. He emphasized that prayer is the breath of a Christian and reminded us that without prayer and Christ’s love at the center of our mission, nothing we do is meaningful. Afterward, we split into QT groups.그리고 각 QT 그룹들의 나눔이 끝난뒤 다시 모여서 무엇을 했을까요..?After the sharing in the QT groups, guess what we did afterwards?맞히셨나요? 저희는 한번 더 찬양과 기도의 열기를 느낄 수 있었던 각자의 마음을 드리고 서로를 위해 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다. Did you guess? We offered our hearts again through praise and prayer, and we spent time praying for each other.그 후에는 시간이 조금 남아 VBS 준비를 하였습니다. Afterward, with a little time left, we unpacked and prepared for the VBS (Vacation Bible School).아이들에게 나눠줄 구디백도 준비! We prepared goodie bags to give to the children!오늘 VBS를 도와주실 선교사님들 자기소개The missionaries introduced themselves, who would be helping with VBS.아이들을 만나기 전 든든한 점심!Before meeting the kids, we had a hearty lunch!바쁜 시간 속에서도 틈만 나면 성경 암송을 하시는 팀원들!Even in the busy hours, team members were always taking the time to memorize Bible verses!마지막으로 기도로 아이들을 만날 준비를 합니다.Lastly, we prepared to meet the children with prayer.참고로 사진에 잘 담길지는 모르겠지만 딱 VBS가 시작할때쯤 비가 엄청 쏟아져내리기 시작했습니다. 다행이도 오늘은 비를 안맞는 프로그램들로 준비가 돼있었네요 ㅎㅎ.By the way, I’m not sure if it shows in the photos, but it started pouring rain just as VBS began. Fortunately, we had prepared programs that wouldn’t be affected by the rain, haha. VBS 율동으로 시작! 아이들을 만나서 몸풀기로 시작하면서 채원 자매님께서 맞춰 춤추는 찬양의 뜻을 아이들에게 알려줍니다.VBS started with a dance! We began with a warm-up with the kids, and Rachel explained the meaning of the dance to the kids. 깜짝 율동 게스트 상어와 게가 있었는데 상어는 아이들에게 폭발적인 인기를 끌었습니다.Surprise guest dancers, Shark and Crab, joined us, and the kids loved the shark!그렇게 율동을 세곡정도 한 후에 Hyun 형제님께서 ‘오직 예수’라는 주제로 아이들에게 설교를 해주셨습니다. 물론 선교사님이 통역으로 도와주셨구요.After about three songs of dance, brother Hyun gave a sermon to the kids on the theme “Only Jesus.” Of course, the missionary helped with translation.이 후 아이들은 두 그룹 (4살, 5살)으로 나눠서 만들기와 게임을 바꿔가면서 진행했습니다. Afterward, the children were split into two groups (4-year-olds and 5-year-olds), and they alternated between craft and games.만들기는 Kris자매님에 인도에 따라 아이들은 ‘예수님은 인도하시는 빛이시다’ 메세지를 담은 랜턴을 만들었습니다!In the craft time, the children made lanterns with sister Kris, which carried the message "Jesus is the light that guides us."게임시간도 아이들이 너무 좋아하는 표정이 얼굴에서 사라지지 않은걸 보니 팀원들도 웃음이 그치지 않더군요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. 모지 아이들은 언어는 비록 안통해도 너무나도 잘 웃어주고 팀원들을 안아주었습니다.During game time, the children's smiles never faded, and the team members couldn’t stop smiling either, haha.VBS시간이 지나자 아이들을 신나게 터널로 보내주는 우리 팀원들After VBS, our team sent off the children through the tunnel.VBS가 끝나자마자 저희는 곧바로 노방전도를 나가러 준비를 시작했지만, 비가 너무 많이 와서 노방전도는 잠시 미뤄졌습니다. As soon as VBS ended, we began preparing for street evangelism, but due to the heavy rain, it was postponed. 이 시간을 낭비하지 않고 바로 팀원들은 특송연습과 스킷연습을 이어갔습니다.No time to waste, the team quickly moved on to rehearsal for special songs and skits.그러다 보니 저녁시간이 되어 저녁식사를 마치고, 내일부터 VBS를 진행하는 옆학교를 꾸미러 갑니다. 비밀의 통로로!Soon, it was dinner time. After dinner, we went to decorate the nearby school where we would conduct VBS the next day. Through a secret passage! 돌아와서 저희는 쉴틈도 없이 심방사역을 나가기 위해 기도로 준비하고, 4팀으로 나눠져 4가정을 선교사님 1명씩과 함께 심방하러 출발합니다. When we came back, we immediately prepared for home visitation ministry, divided into four teams, and set off to visit four families with one missionary each.각 심방팀마다 엄청난 은혜스러운 일들이 있었던거 같은데요. 우선 저희팀이 방문했던 코야와 이자베리 신혼부부 (결혼 한지 1주 됐대요~)는 어리지만 나이답지 않은 성숙함으로 곧 교회에서 청소년부 사역을 맡을 성도님들이었습니다. 짧은 시간 안에 들은 간증이었지만 그들의 하나님을 향한 사랑이 느껴지는 대화와 나눔의 시간이었습니다. 이자베리는 선교사님이 어릴 때부터 보시고 결혼까지 시키셨답니다! 축하하고 앞으로도 모지 땅의 부흥을 위해 힘쓰는 가정이 되기를 같이 기도합니다.Each home visitation team seemed to have a lot of grace-filled moments. For example, our team visited the newlywed couple, Koya and Isabelle (who had been married for just a week), and they were already mature beyond their years, ready to serve in the youth ministry at church. Despite the short time we spent with them, it was a time filled with their love for God. Isabelle had been known by the missionary since childhood, and she even got married under their guidance. We prayed for them to continue serving for the revival of the land of Mogi. 2번째 팀은 가정방문하면서 사진에 보이시는 Nazar 형제가 주님을 영접하셨습니다. 복음팔찌가 절대 괜히 하는게 아닌 누구에겐 복음을 처음 접하는 방법이자 그리스도를 영접하는 길이 될 수 있다는 것을 다시 한번 깨닫습니다. The second team visited Nazar, who accepted Jesus during their visit. It reminded us that the gospel bracelets are not just accessories but a way for some to first encounter the gospel and receive Christ. 3번째 팀은 Laulinda & Jefferson 가정을 방문하였습니다. 작년 방문 후 올해 다시 방문했는데 딸이 정신병으로 가출하고 나머지 아이들도 우울증 증상이 있는 상황 가운데 딸 아이 셋 포함 아이들 여섯명을 힘들게 키우고 계십니다. 하지만 그 상황 가운데 하나님을 의지하고 동네 아이들 성경공부를 인도하는 등 제자로써의 섬김과 사랑의 삶을 살아내고 계십니다. 함께 기도 부탁드려요~The third team visited Laulinda and Jefferson’s family. They were raising six children, including three daughters who were struggling with mental health issues. Despite their difficult circumstances, they are living out a life of service and love, guiding local children in Bible studies. She had given her own bracelet in return, and this year sister Ehwang was wearing it again, creating an emotional moment. 4번째 팀은 1년만에 다시 담임목사님의 심방을 받은 그래시엘라와 알렌 가족을 방문했습니다. 작년에 뱃속에 있었던 루이지가 어느덧 세상에 나와 8개월이 되었습니다. 새 가족을 맞이해 일상이 더욱 바빠졌지만 영적인 성장을 꿈꾸는 가정입니다. 주님 안에서 한 가족된 팀원들 또한 한 마음으로 축복하고 기도하는 복된 시간을 가졌습니다.The fourth team visited Graciela and Allen’s family, who were visited by the pastor a year ago. Their baby, Luigi, who was still in the womb last year, has now grown to eight months old. Despite a busier life, they are a family that dreams of spiritual growth. The team members prayed together for them as one family in Christ. 심방을 마친 후 돌아와서는 뜨거운 저녁예배를 드렸습니다. 다들 바쁜 하루를 보내고 지쳐있었을텐데도 예배로 시작하고 예배로 끝나는 하루를 함께 보냈습니다. After the home visitations, we returned and had a passionate evening service. Despite the busy day, we started and ended the day with worship. ~라고 하고 하루가 끝난 줄 알았지만 오늘의 암송 검사가 남아있었습니다. 그룹으로 나눠져서 오늘 하루의 암송구절 두개를 검사 받으면 가서 잘 수 있었는데, 태권도와 바디워십팀은 그 후로도 남아서 연습을 했다는… I thought the day was over, but we still had our scripture memory check! After dividing into groups, we had to recite two memorized verses before going to bed, but the Taekwondo and Body Worship teams stayed behind to practice further...내일은 아마 더 바쁜 일정이 예상됩니다. 오전 VBS와 오후 VBS, 그리고 그 후 오늘 못했던 노방전도와 현지교인들과의 저녁예배 준비까지! 더욱 더 기도 부탁드립니다! Tomorrow is expected to be an even busier day, with morning and afternoon VBS, street evangelism that we missed today, and preparing for the evening service with the local church members! 할렐루야~ 인도 선교팀의 바통을 이어받아 브라질 선교팀원 35명이 주일 오후에 브라질을 향해 출발하였습니다!Hallelujah~ Taking over the baton from the India mission team, 35 members of the Brazil mission team departed on Sunday afternoon toward Brazil!문정현 목사님께서 어제 올려주셨듯이 저희팀은 세 그룹으로 나누어졌습니다. 각 그룹이 비행기 시간이 약 3시간 정도씩 차이나던 상황이라 교회에서 공항으로 출발하는 시간도 세 그룹이 각자 달랐습니다. As Pastor Moon mentioned yesterday, our team was divided into three groups. Since the flight times for each group were about 3 hours apart, the departure times from the church to the airport also differed for each group.저는 맨 마지막 저녁 12시 비행기인 그룹 C 소속이었습니다. I was in Group C, which had the last flight at midnight.공항 근처부터 차가 꽉 막혀서 오랫동안 서있었는데, 아마 땡스기빙연휴가 끝나는 날이라서 그랬던가 봅니다. From near the airport, traffic was heavily congested, and we were stuck for a long time, probably because it was the day after the Thanksgiving holiday.늦은 시간까지도 공항운전과 짐 싣는일을 도와주신 성도님들과 목사님들께 감사를 전해 드립니다~!!We would like to express our gratitude to the church members and pastors who helped with the driving and loading of luggage late into the night!그룹 C는 17명으로 세 그룹중에도 사람이 가장 많은 그룹이었습니다. 공항에 도착해서 체크인 과정도 생각보다 오래 걸렸는데요, 몇 팀원들은 부쳐야 하는 선교 공동짐을 맡았는데, 체크하는 가방이 비행기표에 포함됐는지 안됐는지 확인하는데 어려움이 조금 있었던거 같습니다.Group C, with 17 members, was the largest group among the three. After arriving at the airport, the check-in process took longer than expected. Some of our team members had to check in mission luggage, and it seemed there was some difficulty confirming whether the luggage was included in the flight ticket.드디어 체크인을 잘 마무리한 그룹 C!Finally, Group C completed check-in!손목사님께서 선교를 처음 참여하는 팀원들을 위해 선교도중 지켜야할 공지사항 (시간약속 지키기, 혼자 돌아다니지 말기, 등등)을 전해주시고 4명씩 팀배정을 해주셨습니다. 상파울루에 이르기까지 함께 먹고, 움직이고, QT할 팀입니다.Pastor Son provided important mission instructions for the members who were participating in the mission for the first time (such as keeping time commitments, not wandering around alone, etc.) and assigned teams of four. These teams would be traveling, eating, and doing QT (Quiet Time) together until we reach São Paulo.이제 탑승시간전까지 팀단위로 이동하였습니다. 서로 소개하는 시간도 갖고, QT도 하고, 성경구절 암송도 시작했습니다.Before the boarding time, we moved as teams. We took time to introduce ourselves, do QT, and begin memorizing Bible verses.손목사님이 저희에게 주신 숙제는 경유지인 파나마를 떠나기전까지 성경 다섯구절 암송과 브라질 도착 전까지 요한계시록을 읽는 것이었습니다.Pastor Son gave us homework: to memorize five Bible verses before leaving Panama (our layover) and to read the Book of Revelation before arriving in Brazil.탑승전까지도 각자 숙제를 하다 드디어 파나마행 비행기를 탑승합니다.Before boarding, we worked on our homework, and finally, we boarded the flight to Panama.윗장면은 Caroline자매님이 재빠르게 암송구절들을 다 외우셨는데 갑자기 손목사님이 전화가 오셔서 외운게 잊어질까 빨리 검사를 받고 싶은 모습이십니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ비행중에서도 끊임 없는 암송과 성경읽기. 비행기에서 영화나 음악보다 성경을 더 가까이 해본건 개인적으로 처음이라 너무 제 자신이 신기했습니다 ㅋㅋㅋEven during the flight, we continued memorizing and reading the Bible. This was personally my first time focusing more on the Bible than movies or music on an airplane, and I found it quite fascinating! Haha.헤정자매님의 필기암송 열정.Sister’s Hyejung’s efforts to memorize the verses.자다 외우다 자다 외우다 하다보니 7시간이 훌쩍 지나가 파나마 공항에 도착했습니다.After repeatedly falling asleep and memorizing verses in between, 7 hours passed quickly, and we arrived at Panama Airport.우리를 여기까지 안전하게 인도해주신 하나님께 대표로 데이빗 형제님이 감사기도를 드리고, 다시 한번 각 팀으로 흩어져 밥도 먹고 대화도 나누고 암송도 열심히 합니다.David, one of our brothers, led a prayer of thanksgiving on behalf of all of us for safely guiding us here, and once again, we scattered into our teams to eat, talk, and continue memorizing.각자 담임목사님께 성경 암송 검사를 받다보니 어느덧 상파울루행 비행기 보딩 시간이 다가왔습니다.After each of us was checked on our Bible memorization by our pastors, it was time to board the flight to São Paulo.위에 사진은 태원형제님이 암송을 하시는건지 목사님께 혼나는건지는 음.. 여러분에 상상에 맡기겠습니다.여기서 그룹 B 사진 투척!그룹A! 여기도 열심히 공부하고계셨네요 ㅎㅎ다시 그룹 C!멋있게 보딩하시는 윌 형제님!그렇게 비행기에서 7시간이 흐르고 저희는 드디어…. 브라질 땅을 밟게 됩니다!Seven hours later on the plane, we finally… landed on Brazilian soil!A그룹과 B그룹이 먼저 공항에 도착하여 감사기도를 드리고, 도착시간이 비슷하여 두 그룹이 상파울루 공항에서 재결합을 하였습니다! 그리고 선교사님과 함께 먼저 숙소로 이동하였습니다!Groups A and B arrived at the airport first, prayed a prayer of thanksgiving, and since their arrival times were similar, the two groups reunited at São Paulo airport! They then traveled to the accommodation with the missionary.C그룹도 몇시간 후에 도착하여 한번 더 감사기도를 드리고 짐을 찾으러 갑니다.짐을 다 찾아서 나오니 선교사님이 저희를 기다리고 계셨습니다! 이때 시간은 새벽 1시! 그래도 밝은 표정인 팀원들 :)Group C arrived a few hours later, prayed another thanksgiving prayer, and went to retrieve our luggage. Once all the luggage was gathered, the missionary was waiting for us! It was 1 AM at this point, but the team members still had bright faces :)저희의 첫번째 사역지인 모지는 상파울루에서 약 1시간정도 떨어져 있어서 버스에 모든 짐을 싣고 이동합니다.Our first mission site, Mogi, is about an hour away from São Paulo, so we loaded all the luggage onto the bus and headed there.데이빗 형제님이 계속 허리쪽이 안좋으셔서 모두 형제님을 위해서 버스에서 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다. Brother David had been having back pain, so we all took some time on the bus to pray for him.그 후 손목사님께서 다시 한번 다섯개의 암송구절을 다같이 외워보자 하셔서 한글과 영어로 암송 떼창이 이어졌습니다.Then Pastor Son suggested that we all memorize the five Bible verses together, and we continued by chanting the verses in both Korean and English.저희 그룹이 숙소에 도착하니 이미 화요일 새벽 3시였습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ. 늦은 시간에도 불구하고 배고픈 팀원들을 위해서 모지교회에 계신 자매님께서 맛있는 볶음밥과 우거지지국을 준비해주셨습니다. 새로운 땅에서 이렇게 친근한 맛을 느낄 수 있다는게 너무 신기했습니다 ㅎㅎ. When our group arrived at the accommodation, it was already 3 AM on Tuesday! Despite the late hour, a sister from Moji Church had prepared delicious fried rice and soup for the hungry team members. It was amazing to experience such familiar flavors in a new land.늦은 시간, 잘 보이지도 않는곳에서 설거지로 하루끝까지 섬겨주시는 형제님들!Late at night, brothers were still serving by doing the dishes in a place where it was hard to see.첫 사역인 내일을 위하여 늦었지만 조금이라도 쉬는 시간을 허락하여 주시고 여기까지 세 그룹 모두의 발걸음을 안전히 인도해주신 하나님께 영광돌립니다!!Even though it was late, we were allowed a little time to rest in preparation for our first mission tomorrow. 벌써 일본 선교도 마지막을 향해 가네요. 오늘은 Day 7, 시부야 시내로 노방전도를 하러 나가는 날 입니다.공식적인 사역은 오늘이 마지막 입니다! 오늘도 언제나 그래왔듯이 예배와 묵상으로 하루를 시작해요Japan Mission is almost wrapping up! Today is Day 7, and we are going out to Shibuya city to do street evangelism.Today is the last day of official ministry! As always, we started the day with worship and devo!오늘 최고기온 35도!  일본의 습도와 함께 하면 많이 더운날인지라 아침 일찍 노방전도를 나가기로 결정했습니다. 아침 식사이후, 함께 기도로 나갈 준비를 합니다.Today's highest temperature is 95F, along with Japan's humidity, it is not the best day to be outside. We decided to leave early in the morning to avoid the heat. After breakfast, we prepared to depart with prayer.Here we go~!다리를 건너고 계단을 오르고 기대하는 마음으로 걱정되는 마음으로 걷다 보니 벌써 도시 중심부에 도착하였습니다With excited and nervous hearts, we marched onwards to the busiest area of the city.하지만... 도시 중심부에는 떡하니 공연 금지라고 적혀있네요. 이래선 저희가 준비한 바디워십을 할수가 없기 때문에 서둘러 다른 장소를 찾아봅니다Unfortunately, 'No performance on the road' sign was very clear in the main area of the city. He used to go to church, but haven't been going recently. 안녕하세요! 벌써 5일차, 일본선교가 벌써 절반 왔네요! 오늘은 시부야 교회에서 VBS 마지막 날입니다!Hello NCBC, It is already Day 5, we are half way done with Japan Missions! Today is the last day of VBS at Shibuya church.오늘은 영상편집을 하느라 사진을 많이 못찍어서 사진이 적은점 양해 부탁드립니다~I was recording and editing videos for VBS today, so unfortunately I missed some opportunities to take photos, so there are less photos today :(항상 그렇듯, 아침은 예배로 시작합니다!As always, we start our mornings with worship!예배 끝나고 곧 VBS 시작이라 막바지 준비와 데코레이션이 한창입니다!Last minute VBS decoration and prep after worship!시작전 시부야 교회 분들과 함께 모여 기도했습니다We prayed together with volunteers from Shibuya church!먼저 도착한 아이들과 같이 신나고 놀아보아요Let's have some fun with kids that arrived early!마지막 VBS의 시작은 찬양으로!Start of last VBS with praise!재밌는 craft 시간!It's time for craft!오늘은 레베카 전도사님이 아이들에게 복음을 전해주셨습니다. 아이들 마음속에 심어진 씨앗이 무럭무럭 자라날수 있도록 기도해주세요Pastor Rebecca shared the gospel with the kids today. Please pray for the seeds planted to bear fruit마지막날이라 아이들이 배운 춤들을 부모님들이 구경하러 오셨어요The parents came to watch the kids perform the dances since it is their last daySkit 도 빠질수 없죠! Skit을 통해서 전달한 복음이 부모님들 마음 속에도 씨앗이 심어지길, 하나님이 일하시길 기도합니다Can't miss our skit! We had an opportunity to share after dinner, and we were all blessed by what everyone had to share. 내일은 시부야교회에서 주일 예배와 저녁에 'Awakening' 집회가 있습니다! 남은 선교 일정 가운데 계속해서 주님께 집중할수 있도록 기도 부탁드립니다!Tomorrow we will be attending Sunday worship at Shibuya church, as well as 'Awakening' worship night at Shibuya church. 벌써 넷째날이 밝았습니다! 시부야 교회에서의 첫 아침입니다! 오늘도 예배로 하루를 시작합니다!It's already day 4! As always, we open up our first day at Shibuya with worship 오늘 만날 아이들과 팀을 위해서 함께 기도했습니다We prayed for the children we will meet today, and the team예배 이후 팀끼리 모여 함께 묵상 나눔과 기도 제목을 나누었습니다We gathered in small groups and shared devos and prayer requests after worship항상 식사 준비해주시는 자매님들 감사합니다!!Thank you sisters for always preparing food for the team!!아침 먹고 아이들을 맞이하기 전 마지막 데코레이션과 준비를 기대되는 마음으로 합니다We finished last minute decorations and prep with excited hearts문어가 문어ㅣ 들어가요Look at that giant octopus!시부야 교회 성도님들도 이번 VBS에 함께 도와주십니다! 시작전에 함께 모여 기도합니다The Shibuya Church members are also volunteering to help for VBS! We prayed together before starting아이들이 도착하였습니다! 반갑게 맞이해요Kids have arrived! Let's greet them with excited hearts!이번에는 오고세 교회 때와는 다르게 각 학년 별로 그룹과 선생님들이 배정되었습니다!소그룹과 선생님들과 친해지는 시간을 가져보아요Differently from Ogose church, groups and teachers were assigned by grade!Time for ice breakers with the small group and teachers!시부야 교회에서 puppet show 를 준비해 주셨어요!Shibuya church members prepared a puppet show for VBS! 이젠 VBS 3일차... 첫 시작은 뭔지 말 안해도 아시죠?3rd day of VBS, we should know by now what comes first처음인데도 아이들이 너무 열심히 같이 추네요!The children follow along so well for their first time!!아이들과 선생님들 ice breaker로 서로 소개하고 스티커 붙혀주기를 진행했어요!As ice breakers for teachers and children, we gave each other stickers after introducing ourselves!윗층에선 한창 점심 준비중이신 시부야 교회 성도님들!! 감사합니다!!Church members were preparing lunch for everyone upstairs! Thank you!!이제 다음 시간은 craft! 이젠 선교팀 멤버들은 짬바가 생겨서 이정도는 식은죽 먹기죠Next is craft! This is simple task for our team members now다음 점심도 먹고Lunch time!!소그룹 하나하나 나와서 본인 팀 이름을 설명하는 시간을 가졌어요!Each small group came up to the front and explained their team names!다시 춤도 추고and we danced again성경 얘기도 듣고and listen to Bible stories게임도 하고and play games그렇게 성공적으로  첫날이 마무리가 되었습니다!and that marks the end of first day of VBS at Shibuya!터널을 만들어 아이들을 배웅해줍니다We made tunnels to say goodbye사모님도 들어가셨네요Samonim also wanted to give it a try !그 이후로는 바빠서 인사 못한 시부야 교회 성도님들과 친해지는 시간을 가졌습니다And then we took some time to get to know members of the church!그 이후로는 오랜만에 휴식 시간을 가졌습니다.. 휴식 시간동안 찍은 사진!!Then we had our long awaited break. Here is a photo I took during the break!저녁 먹은 이후로는 하루를 다시 한번 예배로 마무리 하였습니다After dinner, we wrapped up our day with worshio 예배후에 깜짝 생일 축하!! 태훈이 생일 축하해요~!Surprise birthday cake after worship! Happy Birthday Tim!!오늘도 주님의 은혜아래 하루가 또 지나갑니다. 내일 마지막 VBS를 앞두고 있는데, 느슨해지지 않고 계속해서 주님께 의지하며 나아갈수있는 일본팀 될수 있도록 기도해주시면 감사하겠습니다By God's grace we made it through another day. Skit이 마무리 되고 아이들이 앞에 나와서 찬양하는 시간을 가졌습니다The kids went up to the front to sing and dance the VBS songs after the skit!벌써 마지막이라니 너무 아쉽네요 ㅠㅠ 다들 아쉬우니 사진이라도 많이 찍어요~Goodbyes are always sad. Show us what you got~짐을 다 싸고 출발하기전 오고세 교회 목사님께 선물과 함께 같이 오고세 교회와 목사님 가정을 위해 기도했습니다After we fully loaded our vans, we gave the pastor a small gift and prayed for the Ogose church and his family오고세 교회 너무 감사했습니다~Thank you Ogose church for everything!짐을 실은 차량은 목사님과 이시 형제님이 시부야 교회까지 운전해주시고, 저희는 지하철을 타기로 했습니다! 출발해볼까요?The pastor and Mr.Ishii will drive the vans with our luggage to Shibuya church, and we will be taking the Subway to there. Let's go!부상으로 걷기 불편한 한결이를 위해 Gabriel 형제가 부축해주고 있네요Gabriel is helping Daniel walk, as he is currently injured and is having trouble walking지하철 역까지 조금 걸려서 걷기가 힘들어지다 보니 Gabriel 형제가 한결이를 업어줬습니다~ 너무 멋있네요The walk to the subway station was a little far, and as Daniel was struggling to keep up the pace with everyone, Gabriel decided to carry Daniel. Amazing love~이틀전 도착했던 부슈-카라사와역 도착!Arrived Bushu-karasawa station!시부야역까지 총 3번 환승해야 합니다. 또 기나긴 여정이 될듯 하네요~We need to transfer 3 times to different lines to reach Shibuya station. It's just the beginning!하루종일 VBS와 이동하면서 지친 몸을 이끌고 바로 내일 아침부터 있을 VBS를 다시 처음부터 데코레이션 해야 합니다!We still have to decorate and prepare for VBS tomorrow morning, despite our exhausted bodies from VBS today and traveling.저의 개인적인 오늘 데코레이션 MVP 박민정 자매님 입니다! 세명이서 한시간동안 쩔쩔매던걸 혼자서 다 완벽하게 처리하셨네요. 너무 멋져요...Today's decoration MVP is sister Minjung, she single-handedly completed decorations three people were struggling for an hour. How amazing~~아직 미완성이지만 오늘은 여기까지 하고 정리합시다~It's still not fully complete, but it is getting late so let's pause here for today!자기전 함께 모여 기도하고 오늘 VBS에 대해서 나누었습니다We gathered together before sleeping to pray and share about the VBS today이렇게 길고 길었던 오늘 하루가 마무리 됩니다~ 팀원들 한분한분 늦은시간까지 너무너무 고생하셨습니다 ㅠㅠ 다들 푹 쉬시고 내일 아침일찍 보아요That is the end of our looong day~ Such amazing hard work from every single person in the team!! 안녕하세요! 벌써 3일차네요. 오늘은 워낙 긴 하루 였어서 게시글 하나로는 많이 잘랐는데도 불구하고 다 못담을듯 하네요 ㅠㅠ 내일부터 한 게시글로 추려보겠습니다Hello, It's already day 3 of missions! I tried my best to fit everything into one post, but today was such a long day I could not fit everything into one. My apologies, I will try to fit into a single post tomorrow.셋째 날이 밝았습니다!!모두 아침일찍 부터 일어나 동그랗게 둘러 앉아 예배로 하루를 시작 합니다Day 3 begins!!The team woke up early in the morning and sat around in a circle to start the day with worshipYes you!오늘은 오고세 교회에서 마지막 VBS 날인데요, 오늘 VBS를 마무리 하고, 그 이후에 바로 모든 데코레이션을 다시 싸서 시부야까지 이동해야 합니다. 내일 아침부터 자러 시부야 교회에서 VBS를 시작하기 때문에, 시부야 교회의 데코레이션도 오늘 다 마무리를 지어야 합니다.Today is the last day id VBS at Ogose church - we will wrap up today and immediately pack up all the decorations and move to Shibuya church. Because VBS starts right away tomorrow morning at Shibuya church, we must finish all the decorations at Shibuya church by tonight.긴 하루를 앞두고 늦잠을 자는것이 아닌 팀원들 한명한명이 피곤한 몸을 들고 일어나 먼저 예배로 나아갑니다Even with a long day ahead, each and every one of us put our priority in worship.팀원들 한명한명 서로 손을 얹고 기도해주는 시간를 가졌습니다. 아침일찍 부터 부어주시는 하나님의 사랑을 나누며 더욱더 한몸, 공동체, 팀으로 성장하는것이 너무나도 은혜로운 시간이였습니다We spent time praying for each other, and we were blessed to see our team come together and grow as one body in Christ through prayer and love. 아침 식사 이후, 막바지 청소와 VBS 준비를 마칩니다We finished our last minute cleanup and VBS prepMe?빵야아이들이 오기 시작했어요! 한명한명 반갑게 맞이해요Kids started show up, we joyfully greeted every single one of them!VBS의 시작을 알리는 찬양! 다들 신나게~We always start VBS with praise~ 오늘도 같이 서로 반갑게 인사!Everyone say hang loose!오고세 교회 성도분들이 구경 오셨어요!Members of the Ogose church came to watch!다들 오늘도 재밌는 craft 시간!Its time for craft! Many of us spent a lot of time preparing and practicing for skit. Praise team 부탁해요~~아이들이 이제는 율동을 잘 따라하네요!Unfortunately it is time to say good bye for today ~ We always finish off VBS with praise!The kids follow along very well now!아이들이 나가는 길에 터널도 만들어 주었습니다!We also made a tunnel on their way out!모든 VBS 일정이 끝나고, 팀원들이 함께 모여 오늘 어땠는지 나누고 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다 The team gathered together to discuss how things went and prayed together after VBS이후에는 팀원들 각자 휴식을 취하고 저녁시간에 다시 모이기로 했습니다쉬는 시간동안 찍은 오고세 교회 바로 앞 풍경 입니다!Afterwards we decided reconvene after some rest for dinner.Here are some photos right outside the Ogose church that I took during the break!예배는 멈추지 않죠! 저녁 이후에 함께 모여 예배하고 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다.Worship never ends! The team gathered together for worship and prayer after dinner.오늘은 팀원들 모두가 함께 손 잡고 서로를 위해 기도 해주는 시간이 있었습니다.특히 내일 굉장히 바쁜 일정이 계획되어 있는데, 주님께 의지하며 함께 이겨낼수 있는 힘을 위해서도 기도 했습니다We had an opportunity to hold hands all together and pray for one another.We also took time to pray for tomorrow, as it probably be the busiest day during our entire mission trip.그 이후론 소그룹과 함께 모여 성경암송구절을 외우고 기도제목을 나누었습니다.Afterwards, we memorized our memory verses and shared our prayer requests with our small groups.오늘 하루의 마무리는 skit 연습! Gabriel 감독님의 지휘아래 연습이 진행됐습니다We finished our day off with skit practice! Thanks to director Yip, we were able to finalize our skit for tomorrow!정말 바쁘고 많은 일이 있었던 하루였는데, 그 과정 가운데서도 하나님의 일하심을 확실하게 느꼈던 하루였습니다. 내일도 예배와 기도를 놓치지 않고, 계속해서 주님께 의지하며 나아갈수 있는 선교팀 될수 있도록 기도해주시면 감사하겠습니다!Today was a very long and hectic day, but we were able to see God work amidst the chaos. 안녕하세요! 오늘부터 오고세 교회에서 본격적인 VBS 시작 입니다!아침의 시작을 알리는 묵상과 예배!Hello NCBC, today will be the official first day of VBS at Ogose Church!As always, we begin our morning routine with devotional and worship오늘도 예배 인도는 Josh 형제님!Thank you Josh for always leading praise and worship!팀원들 모두가 오늘 만날 아이들을 위해, 또 팀원들 한명 한명의 기도제목을 위해 함께 기도 했습니다.The mission team prayed for all the kids that we will be meeting today, as well as each and everyone's prayer requests예배 이후에는 소그룹과 함께 모여 오늘 묵상한 것과 기도제목을 나누었습니다. 모두 어제 밤 늦게까지 데코레이션을 마무리하고 준비 한 만큼 기대와 설램도 가득 했습니다.After worship, we gathered in small groups and shared about today's devotional and our prayer requests.Although everyone was still tired from late night prep last night, we looked forward to meeting the kids and also to witness how God will work through this VBS일본에서의 첫 아침식사! 모두 든든하게 먹고 아이들을 맞이할 준비를 했습니다First breakfast in Japan, eating healthy for a long day ahead! 마지막 VBS 준비와 꾸미기가 한창이네요Last minute VBS prep and decorations!열심히 춤 준비 하는 우리 워십팀!Our amazing Praise Team putting in last minute practice !!다들 풍선 불기 삼매경Everyone blowing inflatable toys and balloons목사님 아들이 시작 시간까지 참지 못하고 먼저 놀러 왔어요!!The Pastor's son couldn't wait til VBS, so he came by early to hang out!공놀이는 못참지준비하는동안 시간이 되어 아이들이 도착하기 시작했습니다!!오고세 교회는 두번째인데 반가운 얼굴들이 몇몇 있네요!As we wrapped up prepping, some kids started to arrive!It is our second time at Ogose Church, and we saw some familiar faces!VBS 시작을 알리는 몸흔들기! 어른아이 할것 없이 모두가 신나게 흔들어 주세요 We always start VBS with praise! It is dance time for everyone!아직은 처음 보는 율동이라 어색한 아이들~ The kids are still learning the new songs and dances!오늘도 없었으면 큰일났을것 같은 이시 형제님의 통역! 다음 바이블 스토리 시간에는 레베카 전도사님과 이시 형제님의 통역으로 아담과 하와와 선악과에 대한 말씀을 나누었습니다Thank you Mr.Ishii for translations!During the Bible Story time, we shared about Adam and Eve with the help of Mr.Ishii's translations! 이후엔 아이들 한명 한명과 함께 서로 소개하는 시간을 가졌습니다! Soon after, we spent time introducing each other to all the kids that came to VBS! 구경하러 오신 교회 성도님들!Sisters from the Ogose church came by to see the VBS!Alicia 와 Abby 자매님이 짧은 skit 도 해주셨어요!Alicia and Abby showed off their acting skills with a small skit !!이후에는 기다리던 간식 시간~!!Now it's time for snacks~!!다음에는 Craft 시간! 자기가 제일 좋아하는 색깔, 동물, 계절에 대해서 꾸미고 발표하는 시간을 가졌어요!And soon after was craft time!
